Living Waters Yoga Studio

This foundational program will equip you to instruct yoga, advance your practice, add to your own credentials, deepen your faith, start your own business, and more! This training covers topics including meditation, breath work, yoga anatomy, fundamental yoga postures, yoga philosophy, health/nutrition, and so much more.

Students who complete this training program will obtain their RYT-200, Registered Yoga Teacher Credentials that are nationally recognized by Yoga Alliance and will equip you to bring yoga to any work place.
